Cabin Catastrophe: Midair Explosion | Air Crash Investigation | National Geographic UK
En route to Dallas Love Field Airport in Texas, a mid-air explosion rocks Southwest Airlines Flight 1380 as they cruise 6000ft above ground. While the pilots struggle to regain control, flight attendants make a horrifying discovery: the explosion from the left engine caused an airplane window to shatter, partially sucking out a passenger. At the same time, the plane suffers from rapid decompression so the pilots must now quickly alter the speed of the plane to pull the passenger back in and make a a safe emergency landing.
