Surface Go 2 review: don't push it

The Surface Go 2, Microsoft’s new tiny Windows 10 tablet, comes in two configurations: one is slow and starts at $500 with the keyboard, and the other is a little faster and starts at $730 with the keyboard. It’s adorable, but Intel’s processors hold it back.
