Dave Ramsey claims that his values do not align with eXp Realty. What is Dave Ramsey scared of? eXp Realty is leading the charge and he is stuck in the 19th century.

He also said he welcomes back all agents that want to switch brokerages. Seems super sketchy...... Who or what is behind all of this?
